Process Modeling

Process modeling (also known as simulation modeling) is the practice of representing real world processes with a dynamic computer model. BPA has developed highly useful models for a wide range of sales/service processes. Our associates have worked with many functional leaders to build simulation models that help identify key leverage points in client processes. In addition, simulation is used to estimate how processes would perform if various changes were made. BPA modeling/simulation programs also have the ability to export their commands and data sets to workflow/BPM tools should our clients desire this.
