Process Mapping

Defining the various processes that make up a sales/service function is a crucial first step for most BPA initiatives. Our Associates are skilled at rapidly gathering data via interviews, group modeling session, surveys, reports and other sources to define how the process works. Using our library of pre-defined templates they develop sequential process diagrams or value stream maps to represent how our clients sales/service functions operate.
