History

In 2003, Jerry Friedhoff started Business Process Associates (originally called Friedhoff Consulting Group) as a consulting firm applying process engineering principles to small and mid-size firms who had not traditionally participated in these sorts of programs.

In 2004 BPA began specializing in the new area of Business Process Management (BPM) with great success. After supporting numerous engagements in the sales and service arena, BPA modified their business strategy to focus attention on these two functional areas.

BPA is now aggressively seeking partnerships with sales and service executives who desire to apply process transformational thinking to their organization.
